The Bantam, red cover paperback edition in the states
went through several large printings during the mid to
late '60s when I bought mine, so I'm surprised that
they're not more common. I imagine though, that if
you combed through used bookstores' racks upon racks
of paperbacks or their regular fiction shelves where
paperback and hardcover are often mixed you're bound
to find one sooner or later. We're not talking hens'
teeth here so just perservere and dive into whatever
stacks of second hand paperbacks you come across - try
the Salvation Army as well.
