Tim, I have two children raised in the same home under the same conditions. = One is a born reader, one is not. Recently I was shocked by another = parents attitude when were were debating the merits of a teacher. I liked = him because he had given a spark to my non-reader and now I will find her = reading for pleasure. This parent replied with how she didn't think = reading for pleasure was important. Big deal. She didn't enjoy reading. = Is reading for pleasure important? Why? Why is this a skill that I am = happy that my children, and I have. Anyway Tim, don't look to closely at = the milkman. We are all our own person. Patti
