I wonder if couples who read to each other at bedtime
were read to as children?
There is a real relaxation and comfort when you're
under the covers and being read to by someone you love
and care about a great deal.
Tastes vary, one guy told me that he and his
girlfriend read Gravities Rainbow to each other all
the way through. With the woman who was the "love of
my life" at one time, we read most of the Horatio
Hornblower novels to each other.
Do other Bananafishers with significant lovers do this
presently or have they done so whenever they've been
involved with someone?
