I'd be game for doing something with this crowd in New
York.  How about between Dec. 26 & Dec. 30??? or after
New Years if the time post holiday is better for
everyone?

Penn Station is at 34th & 7th.  Central Park is within
walking distance but not close as in "around the
corner."  It's about a 25 block walk straight north.

Scottie, Camille, Laughing Man, and all others, are
Bananafishers worth your Frequent Flyer miles for a
visit? :)
