Dear Valérie,
Since I've seen a green card, I can tell you definitively that it is
square: two inches by two inches. Make certain that you give them a
good picture that you can live with for years and years, because I have
a friend whose green card depicts a young shaggy-haired surfer dude.
Ten years later, nobody believes that it is him.
