everything's available in japan?

evidently you can read all of salinger's uncollected
22 stories in japanese translation as evidenced by
these 2 other volumes (hapworth was shown in earlier
post):

i'm assuming these are authorized volumes since they
have ISBNs. sort of interesting the stories are
available there and not here. kinda wonder why.
