The instruction to cite a web page is correct, though according to
MLA style, the date of access is written in military style (25 Oct.
2002). For easy reference to MLA guidelines, I like to use
http://www.dianahacker.com/writersref

A friend of mine, Janice Walker, developed a pretty intelligent
