I agree with you. Just to answer your question, the critics said things such
as "Franny in 'Franny' does not mention any siblings," and "In 'Franny' it
says that 'The Way of the Pilgrim' came from the school library, in 'Zooey,'
it is said that it came from Seymour's room." It doesn't make sense to me,
and obviously not to anyone else on this list.
