Hi. I'm new at at this whole Bananfish thing and I'm not even sure if I'm
doign this correctly. So does this message get sent to everyone now? Someone
let me know, if you have a chance, thanks. JD Salinger pretty much saved my
life last year after I read Catcher in the Rye and kept it with me for comfort
and solace and then moved on to Franny and Zooey.. etc etc.. and loved the
Glass family even more than Holden. His writing is just so amazingly honest
and sincere and humble. It really is. I don't know how to describe it. do you
ever just find yourself smiling out loud as you're reading his stuff? Or
laughing out loud. Or crying even. I find myself grinning all the time which
is very pleasant. Anyway, um, talk to you all later! ~Lynda
