Hi, I've only just discovered your existence -am thrilled to find that 
there is a whole network of people who share my passion and find 
comfort, sustenance and inspiration in the regular rereading of the 
exploits of the Glass family.

You may find an influx of Australian members to your mailing list after 
a story in one of our national newspapers today about the personal 
support one of your members received after losing all her possessions in 
a warehouse fire - the story not only exposed your existence (and 
applauded your humanity) but, thankfully, listed your address!! 

I hesitate to confess to a bunch of enthusiasts that I haven't re-read 
anything from JD for over twelve months.  However, upon reading the news 
article today I leapt to the computer and started dipping into the 
archive file - fascinating stuff.  My ten year old son got very curious 
and started looking over my shoulder and asking "what kind of stuff does 
this guy write" so it looks like an introduction to Holden Caulfield is 
in order - I suspect that the only thing better than meeting Holden and 
the Glass menagerie is introducing them to someone you love.  Thanks for 
reigniting my passion on an otherwise ordinary Saturday morning - 
looking forward to sharing some interesting chat about this wierd and 
wonderful writer and his works.  Anna
