That is very true Morgan but when I read a story I first focus all of
my attention to the story itself: character development, imagery,
etc... and then I will get into the deep meanings later on. So my
first impressions of a story are with the story itself and the deep
meanings may be totally different than what I believe but that won't
change my interest of the story.
