I definatley think that it's Teddy who is killed. Most evidence leads to it, however, you are correct in saying that it is not clear enough to come to a definate decision. Intresting note: my brother and I were just discussing the story and it might actually make more sense that his sister died. In the last paragraph the narrarator speaks of a "highly acoustical" scream "as though it were reverberating within the four tiled walls." The ship is not going to have tiled walls, thus the high-pitched scream "clearly coming from a small female child" was echoing within the four tiled walls of the pool. Just an idea, contradicting my earlier statements. This is not definate since the ending is so ambiguous. Sarah ---------- Wait a second...are you certain that's what happened?
