Peggy mentioned a very elaborate filing system. Though that
was twenty years ago, the evidence suggests that his intentions
are unchanged. I can't think of any reason they would be-
since the 20 years ago was, I believe, after the Lennon and
Reagan incidents and after several death threats to his children;
if that wouldn't have embittered him, nothing on par has really
occured in the last 20 years.

It is, of course, an assumption, but it seemed clear to me. May
have been a bit overreaching. :)
