hi-de-hi, happy campers!

i hope all are well. i just thought i had better contribute a little to
the aul bananafish list, lest you all forget me. (god forbid!)

i am still here, reading each digest with each new day... for those of
you who remember my highly stressed out exam tension last spring, you
might be interested to hear that i have, thank god, secured myself a
place a trinity. however, i deferred it until 1998, to give myself a
chance to accumulate some funds, and all that. i'm doing a course in
media production for this academic year. it's going to be easy, it's
going to be fun, and i'm going to have lots of spare time to drink and
fornicate...oops, i mean to read salinger.. (dammit, i should watch what
i say...)

so susan, i won't be looking out for you on college green, in the pav or
the stag's head, i'll be videotaping my friends belching and using
expensive equipment to edit instructional vodka jello making tapes.
hell, i have to get all this out of my system before i'm forced to turn
scholarly again. so SUSAN, if you're still subbed, enjoy your masters!
hope it goes well...

it's very quiet from ye irish these days. susan? brian? are you there?
they're probably writing theses or something...

enough already... onward to jerome david! (or was it jerald digby?)

reality bites was on tv last sunday, and after re-viewing winona ryder's
collapse on the couch, ashtray filling days and addiction to telephone
psychic scene, i take back all negative comments. i think that she would
make a very good franny. actually the guy that plays opposite her
(forget his name, not ethan hawke, the other one) would make a very good
lane. what do you think? actually, the more i think about it, the more
perfect she gets.

only thing is, that if she was involved any production would be a major
hollywood and f&z would be absolutely trashed. best left as a book, i
suppose.

p.s. everybody! go blackberry picking now! throw the berries at your
friends! laugh so much you fall over! seriously yummy stuff. sqishy and
gooey and messy.
