Sounds like ignorance on the libraries part. There's quite a few ways to
prohibit access to XXX sites these days and they all have names like NetNanny.
Not only that, most XXX sites offer direct links to them so parents (or, in
this case libraries) can download the software that will prevent Junior from
having any more fun than simply putting "donkey + dildo + delight" into a
search engine.
