Hello fellow bananafishers --

however, this is a farewell post.  I am leaving the list.  I have enjoyed my
time here (three-ish months), have enjoyed the posts here.  But I have found
that my love of Salinger is internalized so much that I don't like
communicating it.  Every time I post I feel as if I am losing something
about my love of Salinger and his characters.  I guess I just don't want to
over-analyze my beloved ones.  

I guess I want to keep my love of Salinger a private one.  

Strange I know but that's me. 

So ... thank you everyone for having me.  I especially loved reading the
posts of Lagusta, Rick, Josh (who is no longer with us), Elizabeth, and our
wonderful list guru Tim O'Connor (when I make it up to NYC next year I will
look you up).
