There's an Australian band named Glide whose first album was called Pretty
Mouth (an excellent CD by the way) I always wondered if it was a
coincidence or intentional. There's also a band in Australia called Holden
Caulfield (although they're *very* low key, I don't even know if they're
around anymore) and I've heard of two bands in America called Rollerskate
Skinny and Nine Stories respectively.

Just to reassure you, I haven't heard of lawsuits pending on any of those
bands and I doubt there will be because a) I'm not sure it's a sueable
offense and b) I really can't see JDS hunkering down with the new PJ Harvey
album (:
