I do have the compact edition, but that's the 1920s, first edition.
The one I'm referring to is the 2nd edition, issued in 1989 and,
indeed, it is on CD-ROM, not paper.  (I could not afford the book
version!)

Has the second edition been issued in compact form?  I would buy that
in an instant, if I had the money to spare.
