On Matt's promptings, we did start work on a FAQ that you know is
lying abandoned at

and I do remember your sending me mail on Rilke which I was able to
locate just now, but I do also have vague recollections of your
sending me another mail (which unfortunately I cannot locate. I had
put off reading and responding to it then) offering an altenative
explanation to Matt's on the Suicide. This may be as good a time as
any to reopen that can of worms, in particular now that Matt's back.
If you can find it, then could you either mail it to me or to the
list? We'd better catch Matt before he slips off again.
I think Stephen's covered just about everything and keeps his site
nicely updated, and Matt and I had then thought to fill in the gaps.
But plenty remains I am sure.
I have got time on my hand for another week or so, I think, so am game
for all contributions and to improve the general layouts and such too.
Of course we couldn't hope for a better editor than Scottie, if he'd
agree.

PS: No idea on the other diss. you mention. I am just being lazy to
look up the Alsen book, but it was I think Sumitra Panikker or
something similar that he mentions. But I'd love to read Matt's, if
he'd put it up somewhere.
