You are funny.  My daughter is also an accomplished musician so we know =
she will go far.  Ha Ha.  I advise her to marry well.  Anyway, she did =
take a writer's workshop this past summer and it was as you guessed.  =
There were agents / publishers there but they only met with adults so the =
10 or so teenagers didn't get that feedback.  Be that as it is she still =
claims it was absolutly the most worthwhile thing she has ever done and =
was worth every penny (that she didn't pay for).  But your advice is well =
taken and she could call up some of the local authors from that work shop. =
