Has anyone seen 'American Beauty'? I saw it last night and thought it was amazing. The film had a Salingerian resonance - a Seymour-like poet who films instead of writes, young girls as salvation, phonies. Have any other Bananafishers fallen prey to this film's spell? -Sean PS: I also think 'Nil By Mouth' was a great, terrible film.
