I just finished Boy Still Missing by john Searles. The blurb on the
back includes a quote from Frank McCourt linking Searles to JDS but I
he reminded me more of Don Delillo. Anyway, it's a good coming of
age story it does "update" some of the "crazy" catcher stuff about
maturation and principles in some very fine ways. I recommend it,
