anarchy is the lack of gov't because of the lack of NEED for gov't, hence
utopia (which does mean nowhere, because so far we can't get 100 people
together without a bunch of violent yahoos in the mix). chaos is the lack of
gov't (or governing) because of a lack of societal control, self-control,
etc. ala mad max
