Robbie, this is a constitutional Democracy, checks and balances, states
powers balanced against federal. Now, concerning the Democratic party, all
you need is several kegs of beer or rather cases of wine and maybe some
cocaine a few hookers and whamo a Democratic Party.

This might be so, but it seems strange to recall that though he didn't
"win," he did get the most votes last time.
