I think you're gettin' the cart before the horse there...Bush's
unilateralism was a post 9/11 thing. He kissed up to Putin rather
nicely his first few months in office and made nice overtures toward
Japan.

And yes, I read foreign news reports. Perhaps you should read
differently too? The most important thing to note is that you don't get
unbiased reports from foreign news, just differently biased. Sounds
like history is being rewritten post 9/11. Everything you say about Bush
now, none or few were saying in August of 2001.

PS Just what good did Clinton's activity do for anyone? Or did they not
report his ineffectual bombing missions in Africa and Afghanistan in the
foreign news?
