Respectfully disagreeing, Bush was chumming up w/ Russia, but in terms of
pollution, world security, and dealing with terrorism in a global,
unilateral manner, GWB told the world to go wank. Yes, even though he may
have been a US darling, in foreign press he was a bumbling buffoon pre 911.
incidentally, that was my point about foreign press, the other-bias is
important to note
