I guess, Scottie, you haven't seen the new freshness dates academia is
requiring for truth now days. Like the beer industries new born on dates.
The bread has gone moldy that's ok they'll bake more. Picture John O. with
one of those tall hats wiping his hands on a flour dusted apron, and a
dramatic powdered face.

For me though, I am going go out and buy up the stuff these guys have
written and put it in the drawer with my Berlin wall chip.

I suppose being a starving artist has its benefits, at least they weren't
'passé' in their own life times..

Daniel

'... these guys are often still doing precisely the same
things they were doing a long, long time ago ...'

Oh my God yes, darling. How frumpish. Almost as
blush-making as turning up nowadays in something
    by Yves or Courrèges.

    Scottie B.
