Yeah, you have a point there.  But our support was not initially to the
KLA, and the KLA did not have the majority of popular support in Kosovo
until the Serbs instituted their policy of ethnic cleansing.

Bottom line is people are being forced out of their homes and being
killed.  The Serb's goal is t0 capture that particular piece of property
and expel everyone on it who is of Albanian descent.  The Kosovars desire
to stay where they have lived for quite some time, and now they want
independence too, although that (to my knowledge) was not an issue given
they maintained whatever level of autonomy they had before this mess
started.  

If the KLA desired to invade and capture Serbia, I'd say we should stay
out of it.  But I don't think that's the case.
