You're always welcome here! It's good to hear from you again.

It's French. It means (in JDS's context) a tiny amount, a trace
amount.

Yes. A kind of pop-up little seat. They also used to be found in the
backs of Checker cabs, for those of you who are taxi fans.

That I don't know, really, and would have to defer to cigar-istas
among us. From what I can find online, it appears to be a cigar made
in the U.S. (frequently in Tampa, FL) using leaves from Havana, Cuba.
(For those of us who don't know crazy U.S. laws, it is illegal to
import cigars from Cuba to the U.S., a result of J.F.K.'s feud with
Castro. Of course, one of the ironies was that J.F.K. was a huge fan
of Cuban cigars, so he always had his own stash despite the law
probiting Cubans. Go figure. I myself run the other way when a cigar
is lit, since it induces in me an asthma attack you have to see to
believe. Perhaps we have a cigar-smoker with us who can clarify?

A Shakespeare character in Macbeth. This is a line from the play.

We are all in a void these days. But happy to have you back....
