    'Lead on, Macduff,' is precisely the misquotation one might
    expect from someone who fancies herself cultured & equiped
    to be an arbiter of taste - but who has, in fact, very little true
    education or discrimination: the kind of woman, in fact,
    one would also expect to express that same petit bourgeois
    fastidiousness when exposed to one of the whoriest of old jokes
    about cigar/cigarette girls.
