More particulary, Jim, what I sometimes wonder is why other historical or
semi-historical or pseudo-historical or fictional characters (all are
abundant) aren't often included in the same class. Jesus is so often there,
right along with the childhood holiday-characters, but seldom are they
company with Priam or Agamemnon or Ahab (the king or the captain) or Johnny
Appleseed or Gregor Samsa.
