How is the list?

Hi, everyone. A couple of people have said they are not
receiving their usual volume of list mail. As you all likely
know, there's a huge Internet worm that is on the loose,
disrupting traffic all over. That might account for the delay.
But please let me know if you are not seeing your usual traffic.

A couple of subscribers are having their mail bounced back to
me, presumably because their networks are not doing too well.
Those people won't see this message. But anyone else, please
let me know if you think you are missing mail.

I will be out of the reach of mail for about a day, so don't be
alarmed if you write and don't get an answer. I should be back
in business Sunday.
