Ah Paul, I agree that such is the case. Unfortunately, I think that there's a
certain bunch of folks laughing just a little bit harder then we are. When
those old American guys were writing the constitution, they had no way of
predicting that George W. Bush would ever have a chance of being elected. If
they did, they surely would have included a mandatory IQ test, or at least a
breathalyzer. Because of them, we might just get stuck with a dumb drunk.
