Yes, but if it weren't for Colin Powell, he would be done for good. I don't
think that the Gulf War was useless, I just think he should have finished the
job. And if getting rid of Saddam wasn't his goal as you say, what was? Just
boost popularity for Bush? If that is your case, than you are just proving
Paul's point.
