will, i noticed in the list of stories on
salinger.org, 'go see eddie' is listed as appearing in
issue VII, December 1940. i'm assuming that is a
mistake.

i imagine french's bib. in 'jds revisited' reflects
his discovery?

i trust your scholarship on this, but it sort of ruins
part of the whit burnett aspect of the salinger saga:
the first to publish jds.
