Poor Fred, being a Dachshund, and a New York Dachshund no less, his pondered
destiny must be Ashkenazi, and most likely of Khazar extract, so alas, poor
old Fredreich is destined to trade in his yap and bark for Yiddish and his
Alpo for stinky fish sandwiches. Will he also forswear his badger chasing
for jewel cutting? Tim, will we be invited to his bris? I hear of a great
movie premiering in February, if a bris invitation is received I will spring
for a pair of tickets.
Daniel

A while ago, we were discussing dogs and cultural matters, and I
promised to provide a photograph showing one of my dogs facing a
moral issue.
Fred Considers His Cultural Options: Photograph of a Dachshund

There you have the portrait of Fred, pondering his destiny.

If you weren't in on the conversation, this will probably mean
less than nothing to you -- or it might make you laugh. I sure
don't know.

Cheers,
