One note on sequels in America:
When the British film came over to America, it's name was changed to _The
Madness of King George_.
Why?
Because studio execs and marketing people were afraid that Americans wouldn't
go to see _The Madness of King George III_, because they hadn't seen the
first two in the series.
True story.
