Scottie, all this carping of John's is predicated on the assumption that
there is nothing of intrinsic value to John but John himself so when John
speaks (or posts, justice has been delivered, "let it be written let it be
done". John is the best text there is to John, and you Scottie are just a
character or prop upon the stage of Omlor world. John is ever Before The
Law and you like him will not find access to it through the maze of Omlor
world.

Irony betrays a sense of truth so it too has been vanquished in Omlor world,
I wonder why John has subscribed here and not on other lists? What secrets
of life does Kafka hold? Life is subjective there is no universal law? And
John enforces that edict as if he is wearing jack boots. Scottie, you must
join him before the law but just behind him so that you can write "Before
the Law and John".
