Hello everyone.  I thought that since this was such a quiet time on the
mailing list, perhaps I should introduce myself:

Hi.  My name is Michael McSwain.  I'm 16 and a Junior here in the wonderful
school system (sense sarcasm?) of NC.

With that in mind, let me say that I enjoy reading all of the posts, however,
find myself struggling to finish Nine Stories so I know what you guys are
talking about.  Not to mention, my intelligence hasn't quite matured to the
level of the list.

Why am I interested in Salinger?  No, I'm not a Holden.  But, I haven't really
had the opportunity to be a kid in the past 2 years.  I seek youthful wisdom
from Salinger, yet in a very adult fashion I guess.
