I've read plenty of reviews for the movie adaptation of "Breakfast of 
Champions", and they've all said it was terrible.  I really wouldn't know 
personally, for I usually abstain from watching any movie based on a book I 
have already read.  I refuse to watch Slaughterhouse-Five, The Fountainhead, 
or My Foolish Heart (that's what it's called, right?).  If/When I would 
reread any of those books/stories, my own personal interperatation would be 
somewhat skewed.  My view of setting, character, etc. would be somewhat 
convuluted due to the experience of watching the movie.
