well, josh, welcome to the list....a lot of newcomers recently...but i've 
kept quiet.  Im just here to rejoice...i finally finished my letters about 
literature assignment.  I wrote to jd, of course.  and i *hope* it sounds ok. 
 and i have a question...when holden's reading phoebe's notebook...it says at 
the end
