In the movie "When Harry Met Sally," the two title characters are at
a New Year's Eve party where Billy Crystal does the most wonderful
comic routine about this. He says something like, "All my life I've
never understood this song. Does it mean we forget all our friends?"
And he goes on and on, and Meg Ryan says something logical to calm
him down. It's quite a funny scene.
