Well, the whole thing seems terribly obvious to me. Remember after Lester
was shot how he reflected upon his entire life? There are three shots that
rule out almost everyone. We see Carolyn walking towards the red door while
at the same time we here the single gunshot. We then see Ricky and Jane
lying in bed and then jumping out of bed at the sound of the gunshot. We
then see Angela in the bathroom turn around at the sound of the gunshot.
Ricky's dad then bursts through the door of his study with a bloodstained
shirt, then the camera pans over to his gun case, which is missing one gun.
I don't see any room for a mystery here, guys.
