One day a man was driving down an isolated road, late and night, and saw a
sign: SISTERS OF MERCY HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION, 20 MILES.

He couldn't believe what he'd read, of course, so chalked it up to his
fatigue and kept driving, hoping to find a hotel somewhere soon. Eventually
he came across another sign:
SISTERS OF MERCY HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION, 10 MILES

He knew he wasn't seeing things this time, but still couldn't believe what
he'd read. When he came to the third sign:
SISTERS OF MERCY HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION, 5 MILES.

he started getting intrigued. By the time he saw,
SISTERS OF MERCY HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION, 1 MILE

he knew he'd have to stop and see. Soon enough, he came to a sign that said,
SISTERS OF MERCY HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION, TURN RIGHT HERE

and he turned right then drove until he saw a large convent, whose sign
outside said SISTERS OF MERCY.

He parked the car and walked up to the door. He didn't expect an answer
since it was after 2 AM, but knocked on the door anyhow. Soon a small window
in the door opened up and a woman's face peered out of it. "Uhm, I saw the
signs on the road, and. . ."

"Wait here."

He only had to wait outside a few minutes before a nun opened the door.
"Follow this hall to the end, turn right, and at the end of that hall you
will see a door. Knock on the door."

"Thanks." The man's curiosity only grew as he walked through the halls of
this pretty average looking convent. When he found the door he was looking
for, he knocked again. A small window opened up in the door, and another
nun's face peered out of it. "Give me fifty dollars." So the man opened his
wallet and gave the sister fifty dollars. "Turn right at my door, go to the
end of the hall, turn left, and follow that hall to the end. When you come
to a door, just walk through it."

The man's heart was beating as he considered both the possibilities and, at
the least, the satisfaction of his curiosity. He followed the halls all the
way through to the end, walked through the door, and stepped out into the
parking lot. He turned to see the door shut behind him, and when he looked
at the door he saw a sign. It said,

CONGRATULATIONS: YOU'VE JUST BEEN SCREWED BY THE SISTERS OF MERCY.
