now, i would strongly support this invitation. i went to suzanne's
contest page, i had a look at her explanations and instructions (and
her own invitational drawing of Allie), and the longer i looked and
thought about it, the more i realized that the whole thing is a
brilliant idea. also, since there are so many devoted salingerites on
this list, surely there must be some fish who feel both inspired and
challenged by this contest - not to mention the $15 suzanne is going
to reward the winner with...
