'the pale Nazarene'?

bored, i ran an alltheweb.com picture search on
salinger.

granted, i felt a little bad doing it; after all, i
guess technically there is only one sanctioned pic of
salinger. and he would no more like people peering at
other pics than perusing old stories which he wanted
to die a natural death.

however.

unless the caption is wrong, is this not our own
j.d.s. catching some rays on some undisclosed
(florida?) beach???
