My sixteenth year was the greatest year of my life ... in `A Separate
Peace' John Knowles claims that sixteen is the ideal age for a human to be,
and so far this has held true for me ... I'm even a little scared of my
adulthood, which so far seems to be lacking the fundamental passion that
powered me through my teen years. Is this a universal feeling? Can someone
else on the list who is older and wiser than myself comment on this?
