The Globe came later. In the movie when they are forced to take down the
theatre, it was because they changed the boundary rules on where theatres
could be (like brothels etc today they had to be kept far away from
`respectable' areas). So they pulled the Rose down and shipped all of the
lumber across the river to a place outside the boundaries, and renamed it
The Globe (it was burned down in, I think, 1612, during a performance of
Henry VIII which Shakespeare co-wrote)
