Dear Null, I'm sorry my request for info was so pejorative, but
apparently that was indeed apropos. will

ps: as long as you brought up netiquette, I'd suggest reading the list
before blasting onto it...I tend to get a bit poetic around my academic
edges and like to play with phrasing...for some time now, bananafish have 
listened to me with kindness and seem to accept my playful posts. I meant
to be colorful and funny, not hurtful. Again, I'm sorry.
