I don't think even so quick and convoluted a fictional cook as Danielle
Steele could thicken a plot so fast.

I posted the first section of the above quotation after finding the relevant
link on Suzanne's ABSOLUTELY APPEALING website.

After clicking, I found myself looking at the first page of a very familiar
novel that had been translated into Darkest Russian.

Then today my wrist gets slapped (sorry for the passive Scottie, but it
somehow doesn't quite hurt so much when one gets passively slapped....)
publicly for letting the cat out of the bag. (I'm sorry. I REALLY am
sorry.... because,)

Today, when I try to follow the same link that I followed yesterday, I'm
repeatedly informed (maybe being denied access to a site you visited
yesterday also hurts less in the passive....?) that the "document contains
no data"--whatever THAT is supposed to mean. (I trust one of our
cybersophistifishes will explain.... In my most obedient and humble
opinion, a document with no data is something Seymour might have to explain.)

Methinks there truly MUST be a barracuda in our midst, or worse yet, a
Manhattan lawyer.

Cheers,

Paul

PS--...and I REALLY AM sorry.... The sole consolation to take from this
"strange coincidence" is that anyone who wants to get a message directly to
Jerry should perhaps look no further than this list.... (CUE: "Twilight
Zone" music)
